Composite Pyridine Quaternary Ammonium Salt as a kind of corrosion inhibitor intermediate can be manufactured into series ofcorrosion inhibitorsfinished products according to different compound technology. They are respectively applicable for oilfield acid fracturing, oilfield reinjection water,oil-gas injection system, and oil and gas well casing corrosion inhibitor. Also, they also can be applied in refinery series corrosion inhibitor and inhibitor in ac'rd cleaning for chemical cleaning, etc.
Corrosion Inhibitor
It can be used in oil well acidizing fracturing work process at the temperature of 60 90℃, in 15 20%HCI and high concentration mud acid.
Scale Inhibitor
It is applicable to protect oilfield water injection pipeline from corrosion and plugging caused by scales. It also has good effect in scale inhibition of industrial circulating water system.
Hydrogen Sulfide Scavenger
It is applicable in the desulfurization process of oil well, produced water treatment station, gas gathering station and LP-Gas system
Fungicide Intermediate
It can effectively control the bacilus and algae breeding and sticky mud growing. It has good stripping effect on sticky mud and a certain dispersing and penetrating function.It also has a certain corrosion inhibition,solubilization,deoiling and deodorization function.
